Commonwealth Engineers Co., Ltd. 3. Purpose of Using Personal Information

The Company will use personal information entrusted by customers for the following purposes only:
1. Shipping of ordered products, service provision, and related confirmation tasks.
2. Research, documentation, and responses to inquiries, opinions, or consultations.
3. Announcements of new products via email, fax, catalog, or direct mail.
4. Statistics and analysis for the development of new products or quality improvement.
5. Conducting surveys for the development of new products and enhancing customer satisfaction.

4. Shared Use of Personal Information

The Company may share personal information, including name, address, and contact information, with Stellar Seed Co., Ltd. and Cosme Company Co., Ltd. within the scope defined in "3. Purpose of Using Personal Information." For information regarding the responsible manager in such cases, please refer to "9. Contact Information and Personal Information Protection Manager."

5. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

The Company will not provide personal information to third parties except in the following cases:
1. When the customer has agreed in advance to provide personal information to a specified third party.
2. When required by law.
3. When necessary for the protection of life, body, or property, and obtaining customer consent is difficult.
4. When necessary for public health or healthy child development, and obtaining customer consent is difficult.
5. When necessary to cooperate with a government agency in the execution of duties required by law.
6. When the recipient is a contractor or joint user.

6. Entrustment of Personal Information to Contractors

The Company may entrust personal information to contractors with whom a confidentiality agreement has been concluded for purposes necessary to achieve the usage purpose clarified in advance to the customer. Except for this, the Company will not entrust personal information to third parties.

7. Customer Inquiries

Customers may request disclosure or correction of their personal information held by the Company. For inquiries, consultations, or requests to stop usage, please refer to "9. Contact Information and Personal Information Protection Manager." The Company will respond appropriately within a reasonable scope. Note that actual expenses may be charged separately for disclosures.

8. Ensuring the Accuracy of Personal Information and Supervision of Employees

The Company manages personal information to ensure that it is accurate and up-to-date. Additionally, personal information that is no longer needed will be promptly deleted. Employees and contractors handling personal information are regularly trained and supervised to ensure compliance with relevant laws and this policy, and necessary and appropriate measures are implemented for widespread awareness.
