Salary

High School Graduate: Monthly Salary of ¥200,000
University Graduate: Monthly Salary starting from ¥220,000
Graduate School Graduate: Monthly Salary starting from ¥250,000
*Final compensation is determined based on experience and skills

Salary Increase and Bonuses

Salary Increase: Available
Amount per month: ¥5,000 to ¥30,000 (based on previous year's results)
Bonuses: Twice a year
Bonus Amount: Up to ¥115,000

Allowances

Housing Allowance: ¥20,000 to ¥30,000
Qualification Allowance: ¥10,000 (for First-Class Architects)
Family Allowance: ¥3,000 to ¥10,000
Commuting Allowance: Actual expenses covered, up to a maximum of ¥50,000 per month
