Commonwealth Engineers is a civil and architectural design company capable of providing services both domestically and internationally across four main business areas: civil and architectural design, consulting, PE applications, and manpower supply.

• Civil and Architectural Design

  Our primary focus is on civil and architectural design for domestic and international plant projects. We handle all aspects of plant civil and architectural design, including basic planning and quantity estimation during client bids, as well as detailed design services. These include ground evaluation, pile design, equipment foundation design (including vibration analysis for rotating machinery), building design, pipe rack design, chimney foundation design, and marine civil engineering for structures such as piers. With extensive experience on projects in various countries, we are well-versed in global building codes and standards, and we provide full support in English as needed.

  

• Design and Construction Consulting

  We provide consulting services for the design and construction of power plants and similar facilities. Our support includes evaluating civil and architectural construction estimates, advising on regulations and various standards, assessing construction site ground conditions, reviewing equipment LD and design documentation, verifying structural integrity, checking material and equipment suitability, attending meetings with EPC contractors, providing comments on design documents, and overseeing construction management on the owner's side during the build phase. • PE (Professional Engineer) Application

  Similar to the building confirmation applications handled by first-class architects in Japan, international projects often require approval and application services by Professional Engineers (PE). Our company has licensed PEs in the United States and the Philippines, and we also work with affiliated PE offices in Singapore and Malaysia. With extensive experience handling PE tasks in these countries, we offer a streamlined approval process from detailed design through PE services, ensuring smooth and efficient project approvals.

  

• Manpower Supply(Dispatch of Design Supervisors and On-site Construction Management Supervisors)

  We dispatch design supervisors (SV) for civil, architectural, building equipment, and piping design, as well as construction management SVs and steel fabrication management SVs. Our professionals are deployed to construction sites, steel fabrication factories, and client offices both domestically and internationally. We have a proven track record across Japan and in various countries, including Southeast Asia, the United States, and the Middle East.
